Panama Highlands Caturra Catuai SHB – Coffee
Origin & Terroir
From Finca Los Cantares in Panama’s Chiriquí highlands, this lot grows at 1,500–1,595 meters above sea level in rich volcanic loam. The estate balances coffee cultivation with 50 acres of preserved forest, offering a biodiverse environment that reflects their sustainable and mindful farm practices.
Processing Method
Fully washed and dried, the cherries are depulped, fermented, and carefully laid on raised beds. They’re hand-turned over 8–12 days under both sun and mechanical drying—an attentive process that brings clarity and balance to the cup.

My name is Higgins!
I am loud and crazy 2 (nearly 3) year old Corgi from Denver, Colorado! My equally loud and crazy parents are Mark and Quincy Lyle.
My favorite pastimes are begging for snacks, eating snacks, and waiting for my next meal. Oh, and playing fetch!
