Grown in the heart of Antigua Guatemala, at elevations between 1,550–1,700 masl in volcanic loam soils, this coffee originates from the esteemed Finca Medina estate, operated in partnership with trusted local producers. Fully washed and sun-dried, it reflects a commitment to quality and sustainability.

Process & Stewardship

Finca Medina’s model blends modern milling—with techniques like selective fermentation and composting—with traditional care. Farmers bring cherries to a central mill, where they undergo careful processing, wastewater treatment, and sorting. Sustainability is embedded through RFA certification, water management, and returning organic matter back to the farms.

Naming

Glenn, Mary, Caroline, Kyle and Ally rescued Reggie in 2020. He was a birthday gift from his family to his Daddy Glenn. Reggie is a 5-year-old Sato pup from Puerto Rico and a mix of 17 different breeds!
