Origin & Growing Conditions
Grown in the Jinotega region of Nicaragua, this coffee comes from the Paraiso estate operated by the J&M Family Coffee collective—named after parents Juan and Miriam. The farm spans multiple parcels totalling 100 acres of organic coffee cultivation, with full traceability from harvest to export.
Processing Method
This lot is fully washed, cherries are carefully sorted, depulped, fermented, and dried in controlled sunlight to preserve clarity and showcase regional nuance.
